Our
State approved inspection reports are generated and delivered by your
choice of CD-ROM, Email, or printed copy.
The report we present will comply with the format set by TREC. In
addition, the report may include photos showing areas of concern or
interest. The report will be computer generated and be of the highest
quality possible. For a nominal fee, reports can be generated on
the spot. In most cases, we will have the report ready within 24
hours of the inspection.
We encourage our customers to be present at the inspection to learn
more about the process. We will take the time necessary to ensure
a high level of confidence and understanding. When the report is
ready, the inspector will take the time to discuss any issue you may
have with your report. Should you require a reinspection due to
problems with your report, we will take care of it. Should you
require a reinspection after repairs have been made, we can accomodate
you for a nominal fee.
